We proudly announce that,

our 2006 year international FEWS camp has won a price during the European Youth Week 2007 in Brussels.

As a part of the European Youth Celebration, Certificates of Recognition (YouthPass) were presented to "social inclusion and diversity, best practice" projects, which were supported under the Youth programme between 2000-2006. Among the five thematic categories, we have won the award in the "Inclusion of all young people" category, presented by Lissy Gröner, member of the European Parliament (who is the "mother" of the EU Youth system), followed by the speech of Jan Figel', commissioner for education, training, culture, and youth.

Between the award presentations, artistic interludes and short video clips were showed, and it was great, that about the one third of the whole video material was made using our camp film! The video of our category was nearly entirely based on our DVD available from the Hungarian Williams Syndrome Association!

Many thanks and congratulations to all the participants, organizers and supporters of the camp! A presentation about the camp can be seen here.
